FREE 45 minute workout elevates the heart rate and develops muscular endurance and strength for every major muscle group. For those that want variety in their workout, this class offers both aerobic and muscle conditioning which may include: intervals, step, kickboxing, weights and resistance bands.

Thursday, 6:50 pm – 8 pm;  Saturday, 8:50 am – 10 am (Beginners), 10 am – 12 noon (Advanced)
Master Boozer is a Fifth Degree Black Belt in Taekwando and enjoys teaching his art at LABC. This class is free to all and is open to anyone ages 6 and older.  No matter your skill level or age, this class is fun for the whole family.
