Please contact the appropriate staff person listed by email for additional information or call, (817) 451-4110. All those serving preschool, children, youth and the communications ministry must complete a Ministry Involvement Application (MIA) to turn in to the corresponding ministry office before serving. You may print out a copy of the MIA here or pick up a copy in the office or at our Starting Point Kiosk in the foyer.
