We offer a wide range of health and fitness classes for all ability levels and ages.  No matter if you have been exercising for years or are just getting started, there is a place for you. Come get fit at the LC! 

Cardio Kickboxing:  Lovella Hayden, Instructor


Monday, 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm

A non-contact class, combining elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobic exercise for overall physical conditioning and toning.  Consist of warm-up, followed by a 25-30 minute kickboxing session including movements such as knee strikes, kicks, and punches.  A total body workout while learning simple self-defense moves. 

PiYo:  Dana Ricks, Instructor


Tuesday/Thursday, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

A unique class combining traditional Yoga poses and mat method-based Pilates to enhance muscle strength and length.  Also designed to improve posture, flexibility and physical awareness.  Great for stress reduction and appropriate for all fitness levels.

Yoga Style Fitness: Joseph Stinley, DVD Instructor


Thursday, 5:30 - 6:30 pm

This class offers the expertise of a well-known Yoga instructor for free! Joseph teaches a form of Power Vinyasa Yoga to help you Energize, Relax, Perceive, Understand, Enjoy & Accomplish. You will gain strength, lose stress and leave feeling great!! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Karate: Master Jim Boozer, Instructor
Thursday, 7 pm - 8 pm;  Saturday, 9 am - 10 am (Beginners), 10 am - 12 noon (Advanced)

Master Boozer is a Fifth Degree Black Belt in Taekwando and enjoys teaching his art at LABC. This class is free to all and is open to anyone ages 6 and older.  No matter your skill level or age, this class is fun for the whole family.
