Romans 12:1-2 - "Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."

Do not conform to the world.  Man, I love that phrase.  I love going against the grain and showing the world the love of God. 

Our church has something to offer you and your family that will equip you to get through this journey we call life.

That our worship would lead people to connect with our Creator on a very personal level.

What is your educational background (School & Degree)?

I have a music degree from Baylor University in 2000.  I also have a Masters of Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2003.

Yes, I have two perfect young children,  Jonathan and Alana Grace.  They are awesome...

Anything Passion, Charlie Hall, Chris Tomlin, David Crowder.  I also like Bart Millard and Mercy Me.  Metallica, and Fall Out Boys are playing right now in my IPOD.  But I also like Blues Traveler, U2 and the Beatles.  Anything but country music.  

My wife and I went to New York City a few years ago to sing at Carnegie Hall.  That place is awesome.  We can not wait to get back.  All the shows, the food and the nightlife are sweet.

I am a big sports autograph collector.  I am a huge sports fan so I like having things that remind me of sports figures.  I do feel kind of silly trying to get the autographs because usually it is me and a bunch of 10 year old kids trying to get things signed. 

I have riden a Rodeo bull, been bungee jumping, and have been cliff diving, but the craziest thing I have done in my life is having two children 18 months a part.  That is a nonstop crazy scene.
