Lake Arlington Baptist Church

One Sunday evening at the age of 8 during a revival at our small farm-town church. The Lord touched my life and before I knew it I was at the altar. I don't remember the pastor, but I do remember he blessed me for being obedient to God's call.

What do you want to communicate to the folks who are visiting the website?

Every day is an adventure. Don't leave home without the Lord. If you want your day to be blessed, make sure He is with you ALL day.

What is your dream for your ministry?

To see God's people give to Him as He has commanded. I want each ministry to do as God is leading them and not have to worry about the available resources.

What is your educational background (School & Degree)?

Texas Tech University, Bachelor of Architecture

What are you most proud of in your ministry over the past year?

Seeing God take a very hard situation in our Church finances and still see people being touched by our church and its ministries.

How did you propose to your spouse?

We were at Texas Tech and I had met Rebecca one week before she graduated. In eleven weeks we were engaged. We went to see Sound Of Music, which had just come out in the theaters. I proposed after the movie and had placed her ring in the glove box and asked her to open the glove box.

Do you have children and/or grandchildren?

A daughter, Tiffany. A son, Trent. A son-in-law, Rob. A special son, Adrian. No grandchildren, just grand dogs.

What is your favorite movie?

Sound of Music

What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done in your life?

Went mountain climbing in the dark, without any ropes in Colorado, just outside of Denver.
